・The data on this site related to hazard areas, geographical features and political boundaries are schematized for public use and are subject to error.
・Hazard area data on this site is forecast based on defined conditions, and may exceed assumptions in the event of an actual disaster.
・Maps and other map contents displayed in the background of this website are in accordance with the Terms of Use (Conditions of Use) for the Location Guide Service. Please note that map contents do not indicate land usage or land boundaries.
・The aerial photographs used on this site were taken by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan. The Terms of Use for these photographs are in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan.
・The support browser for this website conforms to the "Location Guide Service" provided by Zenrin DataCom Co., Ltd. Other browsers can be used to display this website, but some functions may be limited.

<Regarding Floods (Flooding of Rivers) and Flood-prone Areas>
・The estimated flood/inundation risk areas shown in this site has been announced by the national and prefectural government by setting the size of rainfall that has a 0.1% chance of occurring in a year as the expected maximum scale. It shows the area and depth of inundation that can be expected in the event of the largest possible rainfall event and flooding of the target rivers.
・The area and the degree of inundation risk may vary depending on factors including rainfall, land changes, river maintenance conditions, and areas other than those shown on the map may also be inundated.
・Factors such as flooding of branch rivers and other adjacent rivers, flooding due to rainfall exceeding expectations, storm surge, and internal flooding are not taken into account.

<Regarding Sediment Disaster (Special)) Alert Areas>
・The Sediment Disaster (Special) Alert Areas shown in this site is listed based on the areas designated by Ishikawa Prefecture.
・Sediment disasters may occur in areas other than those indicated depending on rainfall and land conditions.

<Regarding Tsunami Disaster Alert Areas>
・The Tsunami Disaster Alert Areas shown in this site is listed based on the areas designated by Ishikawa Prefecture.
・Flooding may occur in areas other than those indicated, and water levels may be higher than the base water level even in the indicated areas.

<Regarding Earthquake Hazard (Expected Seismic Intensity)/Liquefaction Potential (Liquefaction Hazard Level)>
・The earthquake hazard (expected seismic intensity)/liquefaction potential (liquefaction hazard level) shown on this site is the data calculated based on the earthquake damage assessment implemented on 9 faults located in Ishikawa prefecture and neighboring prefectures.
・Earthquakes exceeding the indicated seismic intensity and/or liquefaction may occur.

＜Other＞
・Due to the nature of the system, an appropriate judgment of the status of individual houses, etc. based only on the information provided by the Nonoichi City Online Flood Hazard Map cannot be made. With regard to the ""Explanation of Important Matters"" for real estate and other such transactions, please confirm specific information with Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and Ishikawa Prefecture, the entities which designate estimated inundation areas, etc."

This Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), constituting a part of the terms and conditions of using the website (this “Website”), governs your use of map data available in this Website (the "Data") and forms a valid and binding contract between you and Nomi City. Please make sure to read this Terms of Use before using the Data. Once you access or start to use the Data, you shall be deemed to have agreed to this Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Ownership of Data and License Grant)
1.1 You acknowledge and agree that Zenrin Co., Ltd. and any of its licensor owns the copyright in and to the Data.
1.2 You are granted the following use rights with regard to the Data to the extent permitted as the “private use” under the copyright law of Japan and no other right or license will be granted to you under this Terms of Use:
(i) to browse the Data displayed on the Website; and
(ii) to print out any portion of the Data displayed on the Website on a paper.

NOMI CITY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE DATA. IN NO EVENT WILL NOMI CITY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUE OR PROFIT, AND SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE DATA .

Article 4 (Modification,Suspension or Discontinuance of Website)
4.1 For maintainance and inspection of this Website on a regular basis, NomiCity reseves the right to temporarily suspend provisions of all or any portion of the Data on this Website.
4.2 In any of the following cases, NomiCity reseves the right to temporarily suspend provisions of all or any portion of the Data on this Website without a prior notice to you:
(i) When conducting emergency maintenance or inspection of this Website;
(ii) When operation of this Website becomes impossible due to an accident such as fire or blackouts, natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, war, riots, labor disputes,or any other cause beyond control;
(iii)When NomiCity decides that temporary interruption of this Website is necessary due to unavoidable operational or technical circumstances; or
(iv) When the operation of this Website becomes impossible due to defects or errors of this Website.
4.3 NomiCity reseves the right to cease operation and provision of this Website at any time at NomiCity ’s sole discretion.

Article 5 (General Terms)
This Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, but without reference to its conflict of laws principles.

Article 6 (Language)
This Terms of Use shall be prepared and executed in both in Japanese and English languages. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between Japanese and English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

●本サイトの各危険箇所データは、一定の条件に基づき予測されたものであり、実際の災害時は想定を超える可能性があります。
●本サイトの背景に表示している地図、その他地図コンテンツについては、拠点案内の利用規約(約款)に準じます。また、地図コンテンツは、土地の利用若しくは土地の境界を示すものではありません。
●本サイトで使用している航空写真は国土地理院が撮影したものを使用しています。利用規約に関しては国土地理院の利用規約に準じます。
●本サイトのサポートブラウザは、株式会社ゼンリンデータコムの提供する「拠点案内サービス」に準じます。それ以外のブラウザでも表示できますが、一部の機能が制限される場合があります。

＜洪水(河川の氾濫) 浸水想定区域について＞
●本サイトで閲覧できる洪水浸水想定区域は、１年間に発生する確率が1,000分の1(0.1%)の降雨を想定最大規模として国や県が公表したものであり、想定最大規模の降雨が発生し、対象河川が氾濫した場合に浸水が想定される範囲と深さを指定した区域です。
●浸水の予想される区域およびその程度は、雨の降り方や土地の変化、河川の整備状況などにより変化することがあり、地図に示した区域以外も浸水することがあります。
●支川や隣接する他河川の氾濫のほか、想定を超える降雨や高潮、内水による氾濫等は考慮していません。

＜土砂災害(特別)警戒区域について＞
●本サイトで閲覧できる土砂災害(特別)警戒区域は、石川県が指定した区域をもとに表示しています。
●雨の降り方や土地の状態によっては、表示される区域以外でも土砂災害が発生する可能性があります。

＜津波災害警戒区域について＞
●本サイトで閲覧できる津波災害警戒区域は、石川県が指定した区域をもとに表示しています。
●表示される区域以外でも浸水が発生したり、表示された地域においても基準水位より高い水位となる可能性があります。

＜揺れやすさ(震度想定)・液状化しやすさ(液状化危険度)について＞
●本サイトで閲覧できる揺れやすさ(震度想定)・液状化しやすさ(液状化危険度)は、石川県が発表した、石川県および隣県の9断層を対象に実施した地震被害想定調査により算出された各地点におけるデータです。
●表示を超える震度の地震や液状化現象が観測される可能性があります。

＜その他＞
●システムの性質上「能美市デジタルハザードマップ」の情報だけで、各家屋等の状況を判断することは適切ではありません。不動産の取引等の「重要事項説明」については浸水想定区域等を指定する国土交通省、石川県に詳細な内容を必ず確認してください。

＜地図利用規約＞
本サイトにより提供される地図データ（「データ」）のご利用前に、以下の規約を必ずお読み下さい。以下の規約は、本サイトの利用者（「利用者」）と能美市とのデータの利用に関する契約の条件となります。本規約すべてにご同意いただけた場合のみデータをご利用下さい。データを利用された場合は本規約にご同意いただいたものとします。

第１条（データの著作権及び使用許諾）
１．データの著作権は株式会社ゼンリン又はこれに権利を許諾する第三者に帰属します。
２．能美市は、利用者に対して、著作権法に定める私的使用の範囲内で、データについて以下の権利を許諾します。なお、利用者はデータについて、これら以外のいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
（１）本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebブラウザで閲覧すること。
（２）本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること（本号に基づき印刷出力したデータを以下「複製成果」という）。

第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。
（１）前条で明示的に許諾される場合を除き、方法の如何を問わず、データの全部又は一部を複製（印刷を含む。）、転記、抽出、加工、改変、翻案、送信その他の利用をしないこと。
（２）有償・無償を問わず、また、譲渡、使用許諾、送信その他方法の如何を問わず、データ（その全部又は一部の複製物、出力物、抽出物その他利用物を含む）を第三者に利用させないこと。

第３条（保　証）
利用者は、データは必ずしも利用者の使用目的又は要求を満たすものではなくまたすべてが正確かつ完全ではないこと及び能美市はこれらがあってもデータの交換・修補・代金返還その他の責任を負わないことを了承するものとします。

第４条（本サイトの停止等）
１．能美市は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
２．能美市は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
（１）本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
（２）火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
（３）能美市が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
（４）本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．能美市は、能美市の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。
